MyDentalPortal is our secure online portal for patients at Campus Dentist. With a single click, patients can access all their medical data, health records, order prescription refills, schedule the next appointment without delay or even make a payment on the account. MyDentalPortal provides the following services: 

  • Ability to view selected portions of your medical record 
  • Ability to review and update your health information
  • Update personal information: address, phone, insurance
  • Ability to view your appointments or request appointments 
  • Make a payment on your account
  • Ability to message your care team through a secure inbox function 
  • Ability to complete and submit questionnaires and other forms to support your care 

MyDentalPortal does not replace your relationship with your care team.  If you have an immediate health concern during regular business hours, you should contact the clinic by phone to request service.
